In light of the CUPW strike and its effect on Canada Post services, ESC has learned that Ontario may be affected this Friday, June 10, 2011.
How will ESC Services be affected in case of a strike?
- Ministry Filings
ESC offers pick up service in the downtown core. Alternatively if you are outside the Downtown area we recommend sending us all filings and documents by courier or other confirmed delivery method. ESC will not be mailing documents to Clients unless specifically requested at time of order placing. MGS is presently holding any Ministry Filings until further notice (refer to the Service Ontario posting). ESC can pick up documents on your behalf and return them to you via courier.
- PPSA Searches and Registrations
All verification statements and certificates sent by MGS will be sent via courier (refer to the Service Ontario posting). You may also request pick up/courier from ESC for these services. For original copies of searches and registrations completed by ESC on your behalf courier service is optional.
- Ontario Corporate Microfiche
If you order your microfiche and request delivery by mail, contact an ESC representative and have us pick it up on your behalf. We will courier or deliver the microfiche directly to your office.
- Corporate and Business Name Documents (Outside Ontario)
Some of our documents returned to us from Government Registries are typically sent by mail. We will be offering return courier service to our Clients if the Government Agency permits.
- Invoices and Payments
All invoices can be accessed directly via http://www.eservicecorp.ca/ or alternatively request your invoice by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternative payment methods should be made by contacting email@example.com.
